Sales Executive (m/f/d) Miiro Vienna

At Miiro Hotels, we believe it is important to create welcoming, stylish spaces where our guests feel inspired – from the initial enquiry to the final booking. We’re looking for a Sales Executive who wants to support us in creating smooth and efficient operations within the sales department, taking into account profitability and quality standards for the hotel.

Which tasks we want to entrust you with

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while actively acquiring new business, particularly within the “Special Corporate” segment.
• Generate group bookings, meetings, and events
• Conduct contract negotiations in collaboration with global partners/RFP processes; perform market analysis and develop appropriate sales strategies and actions.
• Strengthen client relationships through personal meetings, site inspections, and business dinners within your assigned market.
• Independently plan and organize sales trips and client events (hosted at the hotel).
• Promote the hotel in a revenue-driven manner at trade fairs, networking events, and sales trips both domestically and internationally.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Opera or Apaleo/PMS systems is required

What you bring to the table

• Completed vocational training in upscale hospitality or a comparable qualification.
• Preferably prior experience in a hotel's sales department.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Strong sales, customer service, and quality orientation.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Windows & Office; Micros® Opera Sales & Catering experience is an advantage.
• Friendly demeanor and polished presentation.
• You are fluent in both German and English (spoken and written) – any additional language is an asset.

The starting salary for this position with relevant hospitality education is based on the collective bargain agreement for employees in the hotel and hospitality industry and amounts to a minimum of €2,263,- gross per month. If you have relevant professional experience, you are guaranteed to be paid above the minimum.
