Having launched our brand in 2024 with six hotels launched across Europe within a 20-month period, this is an extremely exciting time to join a start-up brand with the opportunity to make your mark.  Templeton Garden is our rare oasis in the cosmopolitan capital, showcasing the seasons with its standout garden. The 156- room hotel – complete with a modern British restaurant and cocktail bar is situated in leafy, historic Earl’s Court, once home to writers Beatrix Potter and Agatha Christie.  

ROLE OVERVIEW: 

This internship will play a unique opportunity to experience brand management in practice – contributing to brand activations, food and beverage promotions and room packages – while developing analytical and communication skills within a fast-paced environment. Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager and working with the hotel GM, you will help to bring the Miiro vision to life, supporting various departments within the hotel.  

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

  • Manage the Templeton Garden marketing inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses to the operational and brand-related enquiries.  

  • Social Media Management: Support the Marketing Manager with content creation and posting for across our various channels and platforms as well as reporting to measure the success of campaigns.  

  • Assist with updating the hotel and restaurant website across multiple languages as well as imagery.  

  • On point person for sending imagery to various partners and sales contacts.  

  • Organise press stays for various press and influencers. 

  • Research prospective influencers to target for collaborations.  

  • Create promotional materials for the hotel, restaurant and bar using systems including Adobe Creative Suite tools and Canva. 

  • Support the F&B team with menu creation and updates. 

  • Support the sales team with collateral requests.  

  • Support the Marketing Manager with various programming activations for food and beverage, rooms campaigns and cultural moments.  

  • Support the Marketing Manager with reporting on various newsletter performance, digital ads and monthly marketing reports for owners and stakeholders.  

  • Help coordinate photoshoots. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams: Working closely with the individual hotel teams – sales, revenue management and operations so that marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives. 

KEY SKILLS: 

  • Passionate about content creation – ideally with editing knowledge 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 

  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities 

  • Strong data analytical skills 

  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe systems 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 

  • Quick learner with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
