Director of Revenue (Portfolio – 11 Hotels across Europa)
Location: London (with regular travel across Europe)
We are an owner-operated international hospitality group, with European operations based in London. The portfolio includes 11 hotels across key European cities, spanning the Miiro lifestyle brand, the established K+K Hotels collection, and a landmark historic hotel in Hamburg.

The Role
We’re looking for a senior commercial leader, based in London, to shape and deliver revenue strategy across this diverse European portfolio. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Hotel Leadership teams, you will drive performance through pricing, market insight, distribution and revenue optimisation.
This role is focused on delivering consistent growth across RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, RGI, market share and profitability, while ensuring the portfolio meets or exceeds budget expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Performance
- Develop and implement revenue strategies across the portfolio, driving top-line and profit growth as per budgets
- Identify and capitalise on revenue and profit opportunities through proactive market analysis
- Provide commercial insight and guidance to General Managers and hotel teams
Distribution, Systems & Forecasting
- Own revenue technology stacks and ensure effective distribution management
- Lead robust forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives
- Dynamically adjust strategies in line with market dynamics and performance
Commercial Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to drive visibility and performance
- Deliver clear actionable insights and performance reporting for leadership and ownership
- Support commercial reviews, budgeting and long-term planning
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a team of Revenue Managers across the portfolio
- Drive performance, accountability and capability within the team
- Recruit, coach and support high-performing talent
- Lead change initiatives and manage stakeholder discussions confidently
About You
- 8–10+ years’ experience in Revenue Management within hospitality
- Strong commercial, analytical and leadership capability
- Proven ability to drive revenue performance across multiple properties
- Confident working with senior stakeholders, including GMs and ownership
- Strong knowledge of market trends and distribution environments
- Experience in an independent or lifestyle hotel environment (advantage)
- Comfortable working in a London office-based environment (3–4 days per week)
