Do you have a passion for hospitality, a warm smile, and a knack for making people feel at home? Miiro Vienna is looking for a full-time Front Office Host (Receptionist) to join our DREAM Team — where service is sincere, style is effortless, and every detail matters.
Your tasks
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in/check-out and throughout their stay
- Handle reservations, guest requests, and email/phone communications
- Anticipate needs, resolve issues, and turn complaints into compliments
- Provide information on the hotel, local events, directions, and services
- Ensure guest data privacy and secure handling of room access and payments
- Occasionally assist with luggage and other hands-on guest needs
Your profile
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience
- A naturally warm and service-focused attitude
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Willingness to go the extra mile for guests and teammates
- Fluent in German and English (any additional language is an plus)

The basic salary with specialised education is based on the collective agreement for employees in the hotel and hospitality industry and amounts to a minimum of €2,263,- gross per month. If you have relevant education and professional experience, you are guaranteed to be paid above the minimum.
