Senior Reservations Agent (m/f/d) - Miiro Vienna

We’re looking for an experienced (Senior) Reservation Agent who’s passionate about creating smooth, guest-focused booking experiences and managing our reservations strategy with precision and care.

Which tasks we want to entrust you with

• Responsible for the efficient operation of the Reservation Department in our hotels, ensuring all individual reservations are managed effectively
• Ensure all reservations are accurately entered into our PMS - Apaleo
• Oversee the management of room assignments and inventory to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Develop strong customer relationships and anticipate future requirements
• Ensure effective communication procedures to maintain service standards
• Manage any group arrival procedure and instructions. Ensure unique and smooth group arrival experience
• Continuously train receptionists to cover the department in your absence.
• Communicate weekly guest requests and VIP arrangements 

What you bring to the table

• Min. 2-3 years of experience in hotel reservations, reception or similar
• Strong communicator with a guest-first mindset
• You stay calm under pressure and find solutions quickly
• Maintaining accuracy when reviewing and adapting SOPs related to individual reservations regularly
• You’re confident using reservation systems and technology
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for hospitality
• You are fluent in both German and English – any additional language is an asset

The starting salary for this position with relevant hospitality education is based on the collective bargain agreement for employees in the hotel and hospitality industry and amounts to a minimum of €2,263,- gross per month. If you have relevant professional experience, you are guaranteed to be paid above the minimum.
